Coupons, discounts, email campaigns and reviews

The tools to bring customers back, built into the shop and the checkout.

How it works

  1. Create a coupon or an automatic discount and choose where it shows.
  2. Write an email campaign, test it on yourself, and send it to customers who opted in.
  3. Customers review delivered items; you publish the reviews you approve and reply in public.
  4. Answer product questions; the answer shows on the product page.

Questions sellers ask

Who receives email campaigns?
Only customers who opted in. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and there is a daily cap.
Are reviews published automatically?
No. Nothing shows until you publish it.
Can a coupon and an automatic discount apply together?
Only if you allow stacking; by default a coupon replaces the money-off rule.
Do you ever add reviews customers did not write?
Never. Every review on your shop, and its stars in search results, comes from a real, published review.
