Questions
- What happens when I reach the order limit?
- Nothing for your customers — orders are never blocked. You get a notice at 80% and 100%, then 7 days of grace; after that you cannot add products or staff until you upgrade or the month resets.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Are WhatsApp messages included?
- Messages are not part of a plan. Your shop sees how many it sends on a usage meter; message costs are billed by your WhatsApp provider.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly or yearly, paid in advance by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Is GST included in the prices?
- No. Prices are shown without GST; 18% GST is added on the invoice (CGST + SGST in Odisha, IGST elsewhere). The price including GST is shown under each plan.
- Do I pay a commission on my sales?
- No. Flowgento takes no commission on orders. Online payments go straight to your own Razorpay account; Razorpay charges its own fee.
- Is any feature missing on the Free plan?
- No. Every plan has every feature; plans differ by orders a month, products, staff, GST report rows, branding, the WhatsApp bot on your own number and API access.
