Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Flowgento (“the Service”), operated by Flowgento (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you register (“the Seller”, “you”).
1. The Service
Flowgento provides online shop, WhatsApp commerce, order management, GST invoicing, staff, dropship, promotion and related tools, on the plan you choose. Every plan has every feature; plans differ by limits published on the pricing page.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login, admin PIN and staff accounts secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you add. Flowgento may suspend an account that is used for fraud, illegal goods, spam or abuse of other users.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then moves to the Free plan. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before the shop moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends; Free-plan limits apply to adding new items.
4. Your data, your compliance
You are solely responsible for verifying your own data and for your own legal and tax compliance. Flowgento is a tool: product information, prices, HSN codes, GST rates, invoice details, customer data, GST returns, accounting entries, payroll figures and every other number or document the Service produces are generated from what you enter and must be checked by you (or your accountant) before you rely on them, file them or issue them. Flowgento is not a tax adviser, accountant, lawyer or payment institution.
5. Customers’ data and messaging
You are the controller of your customers’ data. You must have the right to message them, honour opt-outs (which Flowgento records and enforces) and follow WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies. WhatsApp messages are not part of any plan and may be charged by your messaging provider.
6. Payments you receive
Payments from your customers go through your own Razorpay account under Razorpay’s terms. Flowgento never holds your customers’ money and is not responsible for refunds, chargebacks or settlement.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nightly backups are kept for 30 days. Support is by WhatsApp (+91 95839 00557) and email (sales@flowgento.ai); Pro plans get priority.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its software belong to Flowgento. Your content, product data and brand remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to run the Service for you. Free and Starter shops display “Powered by Flowgento”.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flowgento is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, penalties, interest or fines, including those arising from incorrect tax documents or filings produced from your data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with a reason shown at sign-in. After closure you may export your data for 30 days.

10A. Referral programme
What you get. Every shop has a referral link. When a business that signed up through your link pays its first paid-plan invoice, both your shop and theirs receive referral credit — by default one month of each shop's own paid plan (including GST), or another amount we publish. The reward value may change; the value that applies is the one in force when the referred shop pays.
Credit, never cash. Credit is applied by Flowgento to your next plan payments: it reduces the amount payable, and if it covers the whole amount the period is renewed with nothing to pay. Where a payment was already collected automatically, the credited part is refunded to the payment method used. Credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and it has no value outside Flowgento. A shop on the Free plan keeps its credit until it moves to a paid plan.
When there is no reward. No reward is given if the two shops are the same business or person — for example they share an owner or admin, an email address (including variations of the same address), a phone number, a GSTIN or PAN, or were created from the same network and device — if the referred shop's plan was granted free of charge rather than paid for, or if the programme was switched off when the referred shop paid. Each referred shop earns a reward once.
Abuse. We may withhold, reverse or revoke credit that was obtained by fraud, self-referral, spam or any breach of these terms, and suspend the programme for an account. Revoking does not affect payments already made. We may change or end the programme with notice in the app; credit already earned remains usable for at least 6 months after the programme ends.
Tax. Referral credit is a discount on Flowgento's fees. Our invoice shows the amount you actually pay.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 15 days ahead. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the operator’s registered place of business.
