Product reviews with photos

Only customers who received an item can review it, and nothing appears until you publish it. Ratings shown on your shop and to search engines come only from those published reviews.

How it works

  1. After delivery the customer gets a request to review.
  2. They write a review with stars, a headline and photos.
  3. You publish it (or not) from the moderation queue.
  4. Published reviews show on the product page, with their rating.

For shoppers

  • A Create review page: stars, a headline, the written review and up to three photos.
  • Each review shows the option bought and Verified Purchase.
  • Top reviews and Most recent, a filter per star, reviews with images, and Helpful votes.

For you

  • A moderation queue with the product, the option, the headline and any report reason.
  • Reply in public under a review.
  • One reminder email a week after delivery, if the first request was sent and nothing is reviewed yet.

Questions sellers ask

Can anyone write a review?
No. Only a customer whose order was delivered.
Can I remove a bad review?
You decide what to publish, and you can reply in public. Honest reviews help customers trust a shop.
Do reviews show in Google?
The product page tells search engines the rating only when it has published reviews on it.
Can reviews have videos?
Not at present; up to three photos.

How it works, step by step

  • Reviews

Customers review delivered items; nothing shows until you publish it.

  • Reviews with photos

Customers can add up to three pictures to a review; you publish or reject the review and its pictures together, reply publicly, and see what visitors reported.
