How it works

  1. Add your products once — they appear in both the web shop and the WhatsApp shop.
  2. Share flowgento.ai/wa/your-shop in chats, status updates and groups.
  3. The customer signs in with a WhatsApp code and orders; you get the order in Orders.
  4. They get order updates on WhatsApp; cash orders can be confirmed with one tap.

The WhatsApp shop

  • The same products, prices, stock and offers as your online shop, in a WhatsApp-styled layout.
  • Customers sign in with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp — no password.
  • It can be installed as an app from Chrome on Android (not from inside WhatsApp's own browser).

Messages

  • Order updates on WhatsApp for each step you switch on: confirmed, dispatched with the tracking link, delivered, cancelled, refund issued.
  • Cash-on-delivery confirmation: the customer answers Confirm or Cancel, and the order follows the answer.
  • A bot answers product questions, order status, and how to cancel or return, with a link to the order page; anything else goes to a person.
  • Send from Flowgento's shared number, or connect your own WhatsApp Business number on the Growth and Pro plans.

Honest about WhatsApp

  • Messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, using the messaging service Flowgento connects to.
  • Flowgento is independent: it is not part of Meta or WhatsApp, and is not a Meta partner.
  • If the shared number is ever paused, order messages fall back to email automatically.

Questions sellers ask

Is this the WhatsApp Business catalogue?
No. It is your own Flowgento shop, laid out like WhatsApp, at a link you share in any chat. Orders, payments and stock are handled by Flowgento.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. You can start on Flowgento's shared number. On the Growth and Pro plans you can connect your own WhatsApp Business number.
Are WhatsApp messages included in the plan?
Messages are not part of any plan and may be charged by the messaging provider. Order emails are always sent free.
Is Flowgento an official WhatsApp partner?
No. Flowgento is independent and not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp; it sends messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
