Coupons and public offers

Percent, flat or free-delivery codes; tick "Show in shop" to advertise one on product pages and the cart.

Steps

  1. Open Store → Coupons. Type a code, choose percent / flat / free delivery, the value, an optional minimum order, limits and expiry.
  2. Tick Show in shop as an offer if you want it advertised as an "Available offer" on product pages and the cart, with a one-tap Apply. Leave it unticked for a private code.
  3. Pause stops a code without deleting it; a code that was used is retired, not deleted (invoices refer to it).

Common mistakes

  • A code below the minimum order shows the reason at checkout; it is not applied silently.
  • Guessing protection: a shopper gets ten tries in ten minutes.
