Order status link for customers

What it is

Customers do not want to sign in to see where their parcel is. Every order email ("we have your order", "shipped", "delivered"…) now carries a signed link to a status page: the timeline, the courier and AWB, the items, and a download of the GST invoice once issued. The link is tied to that one order and cannot be guessed or edited to reach another.

Good to know

• The page needs no sign-in and never shows the customer's phone or full address — only the name, city and pincode.
• The same link works for the life of the order.
• The customer's account page remains the full view (addresses, returns, all orders).
