Reviews
Customers review delivered items; nothing shows until you publish it.
Steps
- A customer writes a review from their order page once the item is delivered.
- Store → Reviews → "Awaiting review": read it, add an optional note, tap Publish or Reject.
- Published reviews show stars on the product card and the breakdown on the product page. The shop never invents ratings — no reviews, no stars.
