Abandoned carts

Carts left for 4 hours, and the WhatsApp reminder that goes out if the trigger is on.

What it is

A cart untouched for 4 hours is listed here with its value and age. If the Cart reminder WhatsApp trigger is on (Settings → Communication), one reminder goes out — never between 21:00 and 09:00, at most one marketing message per customer per day, and never to someone who replied STOP.

Steps

  1. Store → Abandoned carts. Each row shows what the bot did ("sent", "held back — opted out", …).
  2. Open their cart is a signed link you can send yourself.
