How to read it
- Figures are by the date the order was placed; "Refunds paid out" by refund date.
- Net revenue = settled orders minus refunds against them. The seller home's "Sales" is the wider order value including cash-on-delivery orders not yet paid.
- What shoppers searched for and Wanted, not stocked come from real searches in your shop — a to-buy list.
- Ledger check says whether the refund ledger agrees with the orders; "✗ differs" means tell support.
