Download all my data

One zip with every module as CSV and JSON plus every invoice and credit note — emailed as a 24-hour link, once a day.

What you get

Settings → Download all my data → Request my data (admin only). Within a few minutes an email arrives with a download link for one zip:

  • data/ — every module as CSV (opens in Excel) and JSON (same rows, nested fields intact): products, variants, categories, product photos (links), customers, addresses, orders and order items, invoices, credit notes, refunds, returns, reviews, coupons, discounts, parties, vouchers and lines, manual sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses, payments, fixed assets, stock movements, and a staff attendance summary (days present per person per month — no raw punches, no biometrics).
  • invoices/ and credit-notes/ — every GST document as a self-contained HTML page. Open it in a browser and print to PDF; it is the same page the shop shows and the CA pack sends.
  • README.txt — what is where.

Rules

  • One request per company per day. The button tells you when the next one unlocks.
  • The link works for 24 hours and only for whoever has it — do not forward the email. After that it answers "expired"; request again.
  • Exporting changes nothing in the shop. Every request is recorded in the audit log.
  • Amounts in the data files are rupees as stored; ids are the shop's internal ids, so files can be joined (order items → orders → customers).

Why HTML and not PDF

The shop stores each invoice as the HTML it rendered when the invoice was issued — that is the legal document, byte for byte. Printing it to PDF from your browser keeps it exact; a server-side PDF would be a re-rendering.
