Orders and manual courier

Confirm, pack, ship with courier and AWB, deliver; cancel before shipping; bulk ship from a pasted list.

The order's life

Pending → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered. You (and the customer) can cancel any time before Shipped — you pick a reason; a paid order then makes a refund request you approve with one click. After Shipped there is no cancel: use RTO if the parcel comes back. Shipped or Delivered can become Returned. See Returns and cancellations. The customer gets an email (and WhatsApp when switched on) at every step.

Steps

  1. Store → Orders. Chips filter by status; "Waiting to ship" shows everything before Shipped. Search by order number, name or phone; filter by courier or date.
  2. Open the order. Tap Mark Confirmed, then Mark Packed when the parcel is ready.
  3. Mark shipped: choose the courier (Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Shiprocket, DTDC, India Post, Ekart, Ecom Express, or type another), type the tracking number (AWB), optionally the expected delivery date. The tracking link fills itself for known couriers. Confirm shipped — this raises the GST invoice.
  4. Mark Delivered when the courier confirms. A cash-on-delivery order is marked paid at this point.
  5. Many parcels: Ship from a pasted AWB list… — paste order number, tracking number lines, pick the courier, Check (nothing moves yet), then Ship N orders.

Common mistakes

  • Shipping without a tracking number is refused; customers need it.
  • Cancelling a paid order does not refund it by itself: approve the refund request on the order page (or Orders → Refund requests).
  • An order cannot skip steps ("Allowed from here: …" tells you the next ones).
  • One tracking number for two orders is refused — one parcel, one order.
