Getting started and shop approval
What to do first, and why your shop link says "not found" until Flowgento approves it.
What it is
When you sign up, your shop is created straight away but is waiting for approval. You can set up everything meanwhile. Your shop link (the address customers open) starts working the moment Flowgento approves it — usually within a working day — and you get an email.
When to use it
Right after signing up, and any time the yellow "waiting for approval" bar is at the top of your screen.
Steps
- Open your dashboard (the first page after sign-in). The Getting started card lists what is left.
- Tap each line — it opens the exact page. Green lines are done.
- Required lines: shop name and logo, contact number and address, a first product visible in the shop, how customers pay, legal pages, and sharing your link.
- Optional lines: GSTIN (only if you are GST-registered), delivery charge and promise, connecting your own WhatsApp number.
- The card hides itself when everything required is done. "Hide this" hides it for 90 days on this browser.
Common mistakes
- Adding products in Master but forgetting to tick Show in store or set a price — they stay invisible in the shop.
- Sharing the shop link before approval — customers see "not found". Wait for the "Your shop is live" email.
- Expecting online payment without adding Razorpay keys — until then the shop takes cash on delivery only, which is fine to start.
