Adding many products at once (CSV / Excel)
Bulk add from a list, import a spreadsheet, or edit an export and re-import it.
Three ways
- ⚡ Bulk add (Master toolbar): pick the category, paste one product per line —
Name | Price | Size | Color | Stock | Tag— tap Parse & preview, then Add all selected. 📄 Sample CSV downloads a template. - ⬆ Import tab: choose the target category and an .xlsx/.xls/.csv file, Parse file, review (Select all / Deselect duplicates), Import selected.
- 📤 Import CSV (toolbar): for a file you exported with 📊 Export CSV and edited. Columns are matched by name — delete the ones you are not changing. Check first; nothing is written until every row passes and you have seen every change.
Template columns
id, category_name, sub_category, name, size, color, price, stock, description, tag, is_section, row_type, parent_id, brand, country_of_origin, sku, one column per marketplace link, your custom fields, main_image_1–5, gallery_image_1–5.
Common mistakes
- A blank cell clears a text field; a blank stock is left alone.
- Category, images and dates are read-only in the re-import; change those in Master.
- Duplicated names: use "Deselect duplicates" before importing.
