Bundles and combos
Sell a set of existing products at one price; stock leaves each component and the invoice lists them with their own GST.
What it is
A bundle is a product made of other products — a uniform set, a starter kit — sold at one price. In the shop it looks like any product. When a customer buys it, Flowgento sells the components: each one's stock goes down, and the GST invoice lists each component with its own HSN and GST rate, the bundle price split across them in proportion to their own prices.
Steps
- Store → Bundles & combos → New bundle. Name, price, the category it shows in.
- Type a quantity against each product that belongs in it (two or more).
- Create bundle. It appears in Master with a product number; add its photos and description there like any product.
- Edit the components or price any time from the same page.
Good to know
- A bundle's own stock is never counted; its availability is the tightest component (stock ÷ quantity in bundle).
- If a component is hidden from the shop or out of stock, the bundle cannot be ordered and checkout says which component.
- Cancelling an order restores each component's stock, exactly as for normal lines.
