Promotion — give work, track it, see results
Projects, tasks for staff, the /work screen on a paired device, weekly review.
The idea
Promotion is a simple to-do board for the things that sell your products online: post a listing, share a photo, answer a review. You give the work; staff tick it off on the /work screen and attach a photo as proof.
Projects and tasks
Promotion → Projects → + New. A project is one product or campaign. Inside it, Plan lists what to do on which channel; Tasks is the live list; Results collects the links and photos staff sent back.
Today shows everything due today across projects; + Give work adds a task in one step.
The work screen
Staff open /work on a paired device (the same pairing as the kiosk — see *Staff, attendance and the kiosk*). In the default "open" mode the screen lists the company's open work and asks who did it at the end; in "PIN" mode each person types their PIN first. Switch modes under Promotion → Settings.
Week and reviews
Week is the weekly review: what got done, what slipped. Reviews gathers customer reviews that need an answer.
