Dropship — orders, suppliers and payments
Take an order by phone or WhatsApp, send it to a supplier, book the courier, close it and settle the supplier.
What Dropship is for
Dropship is for orders you take yourself — on the phone, on WhatsApp, at the counter — and have a supplier pack and ship. The customer pays you; you pay the supplier.
Orders
Dropship → Orders → + New Order. Type the customer's name, phone and address, add the products (from your Dropship products or from Master Products) and the amount collected. The order gets a number like DH-2026-0001; the series is yours alone — another company's numbers never clash with yours.
An order moves Pending → Assigned (to a supplier) → Dispatched → In transit → Delivered. "Closure" is where you confirm the cost of a delivered order so the supplier can be paid.
Suppliers
Dropship → Suppliers → + New Supplier. A supplier gets a 6-digit PIN and signs in at /supplier-login with their phone number. They see only the orders assigned to them, their products, their payments and their statement — never your other suppliers or your customers' full history.
Products
Dropship has its own product list (Products) and can also sell straight from Master Products ("Master-bridged"). Variations (size, colour) are set up under Variations; categories under Categories.
Payments and closure
Payments lists what you owe each supplier from closed orders and what you have paid. Closure lists delivered orders waiting for their final cost.
On a phone
Every Dropship page works on a phone. The menu is behind ☰ Dropship at the top.
