Customers (CRM)
Who bought what, segments, your private notes and tags, export.
Steps
- Store → Customers: search by name, phone or email; filter by segment (New, Repeat, High value, Lapsed, Has returned goods) or tag. Export this list (CSV).
- Open a customer: lifetime value, orders, addresses, returns, a WhatsApp button and their signed WhatsApp-shop link.
- Tags are your private labels; Notes are dated and signed and cannot be edited later.
