Who you are buying from
These terms apply to every order placed with EMARINERSAPP through this website or on WhatsApp. EMARINERSAPP is the seller of record: it lists the products, sets the prices, packs and ships the orders, raises the invoices and is responsible for the goods. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The platform
This website runs on Flowgento, a technology platform operated by EMARINERSAPP. Flowgento only provides the software and hosting; it is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, is not the seller, is not a party to any sale, and does not hold your money. Questions about an order go to the seller.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The total shown at checkout, including any delivery or express charge, is the full amount you pay — there are no hidden charges. We may correct an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch, in which case you can cancel for a full refund. Payment is by cash on delivery or online through our payment provider.
Product information
Every product page carries the declarations required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 where they apply: maximum retail price, net quantity, country of origin, and the name and address of the manufacturer, packer or importer, with customer-care details. Pictures are for illustration; small differences in colour or finish can occur.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address cannot be served or payment cannot be verified; anything you have paid is refunded in full. Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellation are governed by our Shipping & delivery, Returns & refunds and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.
Your account and conduct
Keep your sign-in code private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Do not misuse the website, post false reviews, or attempt to interfere with it.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including courier delays, strikes, natural events, epidemics or government action. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law, any dispute is subject to the courts at Berhampur, Odisha. Consumers may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commissions.
