Where we deliver

EMARINERSAPP delivers across India through courier partners. We pack and dispatch every order ourselves. EMARINERSAPP is the seller of record for everything sold here.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery: ₹59 per order. Uniform: free once those items reach ₹499, otherwise ₹59. Books: free once those items reach ₹1,999, otherwise ₹99. If any one of these is met, the whole order ships free, and when several charges apply you pay only the highest. Express delivery is available on selected items from ₹99. All delivery charges include GST. The price you see at checkout is the full price — there are no hidden charges.

Delivery time

• Standard delivery: 6–7 days from the day you order.
• Express delivery, where it is offered: 3–4 days.
• Customised or personalised items: 9–10 days, because they are made for you after you order.

The dates shown on a product page, in your cart and at checkout are estimates worked out from these times.

Delays outside our control

Courier delays, strikes, bad weather, floods, festivals, public holidays, government restrictions or other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) can add days to an estimate. We will keep you informed on WhatsApp and will not be liable for a delay caused by such an event, though your right to cancel before dispatch is unaffected.

Tracking

You get a WhatsApp message with the courier name and tracking number when your parcel leaves us. Your order page shows the same details.

Address and failed deliveries

Please give a complete address with the PIN code and a working mobile number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody accepted it, we will contact you to send it again; a second delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery — see Returns & refunds. Keep the packaging and, if you can, take a photo.
