What we collect

EMARINERSAPP collects only what is needed to take and deliver your order: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, delivery address, and the details of what you bought. If you pay online, the payment itself is handled by our payment provider and we never see your card, UPI or bank details.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order updates on WhatsApp or email, handle returns and refunds, raise GST invoices, answer your questions and meet legal and tax obligations. If you have agreed to hear about offers, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message or from Your Account; order updates continue.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us fulfil your order and only as far as needed: the courier delivering your parcel, our payment provider, and Flowgento, the technology platform that runs this shop for us as a service provider under our instructions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as the GST and income-tax laws require (currently up to eight years). Account details are kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct, update or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent you gave for marketing, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to the proprietor of EMARINERSAPP at support@marinersapp.com or +917978839679; we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. If you are not satisfied you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Recent purchases shown on the shop

To show that the shop is active, product pages may display a short note such as “Rajesh from Berhampur bought Master White Peak Cap · 2 hours ago”. It comes only from real orders, shows at most your first name and your city, never the price or anything else, and appears at least 30 minutes after the order. You can keep your orders out of it at any time: untick the box at checkout, or switch it off in Your Account → Your data → Privacy. The shop can also switch the whole feature off.

Security and cookies

We follow reasonable security practices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. The website uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and PIN code, and measure visits; none of them is used for advertising to you elsewhere. The shop is meant for adults; we do not knowingly collect a child's data.
