How much is delivery?

Standard delivery: ₹59 per order. Uniform (Epaulettes, Caps, Name Plate Customized, Uniform, Shirts, Full Uniform Set, Accessories, Keyrings, Coffee Mug, White Peak Cap, Old T Shirt): free once those items reach ₹499, otherwise ₹59. Books (Books, Stationary, Notes, Whole Sale Product): free once those items reach ₹1,999, otherwise ₹99. If any one of these is met, the whole order ships free, and when several charges apply you pay only the highest. Express delivery is available on selected items from ₹99. All delivery charges include GST.

How can I pay?

Online — card, UPI or net banking — at checkout.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. It is issued when your order is dispatched and appears on the order page, where you can download it. If any of it is refunded you also get a credit note.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, until it is shipped — cash on delivery or paid online. Open the order and tap Cancel order (or Cancel items for just some of it). If you paid online, the order is cancelled at once and your refund goes back to your original payment method once the shop approves it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled: you can refuse the delivery, or request a return after it arrives. Customised items cannot be cancelled.

Can I send something back?

Yes — for 7 days after delivery (customised items only if they arrive damaged or the wrong item is sent). Open the order and choose Return an item; pick what you want to send back and why. We confirm first, then check the items when they arrive.

How do I track my order?

The order page shows every step, and the courier and tracking number appear as soon as it is dispatched.

I did not finish paying — is my order still there?

An unpaid online order is held for 30 minutes and then released, so the stock goes back for someone else. Just place it again.
